Delivery Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Weddings by Pixvid delivers a digital service: a wedding invitation website. Nothing is shipped physically.

How it is delivered

Your website link is sent to you on WhatsApp and by email. Your own domain is connected by our team; a new domain can take up to 24 hours to work everywhere.

Fully customised websites

Usually live within 7 to 10 days of agreeing the design; we confirm the timeline with you before we start.

When

Within 48 hours of receiving all your details (names, events, photos and music). If we need anything more from you, the time starts once we have it.

Changes after delivery

Edits are unlimited and free. Most changes you make in your sheet show instantly; changes you send us are usually made the same day.
